100% natural: A favourite cheese, our naturally ripened Gouda is made from milk produced under controlled conditions. Natural maturation on spruce wood boards under consistent climatic conditions is what gives our naturally ripened cheese varieties their most important quality feature: their ultra-intense aromatic flavour.
