Our cheese is made from milk produced under controlled conditions in line with German cheese regulations and cut and packaged in-house. With its mildly aromatic taste, Maasdam is one of our foil-ripened cheese classics. 30% fat in dry matter Maasdam slices are perfect for sandwiches or melting.
